Halloween Town Wallpaper v2.0

I forgot I did this one. I did it last halloween cause I wanted to put the wallpaper back up, I just didn't want to see the same thing from last year.

I didn't do alot, I just added the halloween town image and another filter. But I'm not sure if it's a bit too much.....
